fiancee/sponsor visa

Fiancee (K-1) or sponsor visa is obtained from the Consulate in your country directly only. Please, visit the embassy in your country to get all necessary information before you start the process. 

! Before you start the process you need to know what type of visa is more applicable in your case.

If you decide to invite your lady to any country outside former CIS you need further grounds to do it:

• have serious intentions to marry the woman.

! If you haven't previously met your woman in person, you can not apply for a K-1 visa. 

Required:
a) incontestable proof of:

• your meeting in person
• photos of you and your woman
  

b) A copy of:

• your letters
• your birth certificate
• order dissolving marriage (if any)
• marital status certificate
• payslip (must have recent 5-6 months included also signed by the representative of your company)
• property/residential tenancy agreement
• your petition letter to Consul (you may state the exact dates when you have been visiting your lady in it)
• visa application form obtained from the Consulate in your country and sent via regular mail to your woman
