romance tour reservation conditions:

Before you book your romance tour, keep in mind that:

1. We require only deposit payment which is determined to book your tour accommodations and other services therefore the sum you pay before departure is non-refunded (the balance is paid upon check-in in accordance with the agency and total calculations produced inclusive);
   
2. In comment section state the number of days you would like to spend on a romance tour. More than 10 days spent on romance tours have small but pleasant discounts;
   
3. The total price (as all the prices stated in the entire reservation form) is in $US currency. If you want to pay in Euro, use PayPal options to change the currency type;

Agency’s policies:

1. The agency tends to provide customers with quality service – professional guide/interpreting, introduction services, giving you access to the full ladies’ database (member service);
   
2. None of the personal issues are disclosed to third parties, confidentiality;
   
3.  The agency is responsible for: providing tourists with the equal level accommodations for the expenses spent; check-in and check-out; meeting at the airport/train station; providing all necessary consultations and informing of the client in situations depending on the level of urgency;

Cancellation:

1. Cancel your trip minimum 2 weeks in advance;
   1.2.  Cancellation of romance tour 2 weeks before arrival – 50% refund of the whole deposit invested;
   1.3.  Cancellation of the tours 10 days and less in advance – 25% refund;
2. Cancellation of the services rendered before arrival (i.e. Business letter of invitation) is not refunded;
3. If you would like to use your money on the account to order other services from our company instead of the refund, address the agency manager to request your account balance;
