Customers using Club’s service are considered as have been familiarized with the following Amour-Club Agency’s statements and agree to all the terms. Any Customer contact, Customer purchase within the Club is valued as guarantee of being acquainted with the Amour-Club Privacy Policy and guarantee to keep to the given below statements:

1.1.  Customer’s E-mail address is kept confidential and ciphered – never lease, never sold, never used in anyone’s personal interests, for advertising purposes, fraud or scam acting interests, Agency’s website is spam & phishing free;

1.2.  We contact you back using your personal E-mail address (the one provided) for your personal interests (either sending you newsletters, notifications from the Dating Agency or urgent contacts;

1.3.  Dating agency never displays Customer’s personal details to other non-disclosed members, Agency’s staff or third parties;

1.4.  Customer and Dating Agency guarantees that all information (in personal correspondence between the Customer and staff members, Customer and lady-members within the Club) is confidential. If any of the above stated is published in open resources on Internet or press, The Club should consider that as a hard violation of Agency’s rules. In this case Customer’s details will be removed and suspended;

1.5.  Information of the Customers no longer in need of the Agency’s services will be removed permanently within the 12 month’s time. If the Customer’s membership with the Agency has been renewed before the stated period, the user’s membership will automatically be accepted and anyone having direct and personal concern about it will immediately be notified
