Antiscam policy
We tend to lead reputable company work to provide our members with quality service. Nevertheless, we are back to Scam Issues on Internet to set up certain rules to fight against scam. It is a serious issue in the whole dating industry therefore we hope You are aware that we can not silently avoid it. We highly appreciate Your help in any scam investigations taken on the behalf. From the very moment you start using our free or paid services, you agree to Antiscam policy of “Amour-Club” further on named as the “Club”, “Agency”, “Dating agency” or “Dating Club” and You, further on called as the “Dating Club Member” (DCM) or “Customer”. The following statements should preferably be reacted to as soon as you realize that any member of the Dating Agency is making attempts to scam you or have scammed you. ! The agency is not responsible for communication within the agency. Private correspondence between the members is not monitored. What we recommend to do in case any Dating Club member tries to scam you: 1.1. React fast if you noticed any scam attempts directed to You or any other DCM – contact us via email or phone and we will do our best take appropriate actions; 1.2. If you suspect any member corresponding or communicating with you through our service in scam, immediately inform us about this; 1.3. If DCM has discovered that the lady-member they are corresponding with is not being true and sincere with the Member or avoids their questions, the Agency will immediately suspend their profile unless circumstances are cleared up; 1.4. If DCM correspondent lady’s profile has been suspended, the Member will be immediately notified about the reasons. In this case, lady-member is no longer active on our website and is supposed to have found their partner, been engaged, violated Club rules or acted scam on other members. Paid members having any concern within the particular member’s correspondence circle will receive the 100% balance refund; 1.6. Amour-Club doesn’t use, allow to use or appreciate any attempts to use Customer’s personal details without them knowing about it. Ladies who participate in the Club introduction service have previously been PERSONALLY interviewed and verified (either by passport, marriage dissolving certificate, children Birth certificate etc.) As soon as the Agency receives lady’s request to remove their profile, their correspondence is considered to be suspended unless they personally confirm the above stated; 1.7. The Dating Agency is an independent company – legally registered in Ukraine, Odessa – that is not involved into any affiliate programs, socials etc. which excludes our Customers\' chances being scammed. We set quite high rates for our job, nevertheless we tend to provide personal and exclusive service. We leave the right to edit, change, improve or modify “Antiscam Policy” Terms to “Amour-Club” from time to time upon neccessity.
